BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES
The Company is seeking a service provender with adequate experience and expertise to provide and professional in manage funeral managements and related services on the demise any of the Company staff are any of the eligible dependents,
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Service providers expressing interest are requested to submit the following documents:
a) Copy of the Trading license/ Business License.
b) Copy of the Certificate of Registration or incorporation.
c} Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the current.
d) Audited financial reports for the previous three years.
e) Proof of the ability to provide an electronic system to monitor services utilization and reporting system.
f) Evidence of providing similar services to Corporates in the last five years. This can be in the form of two letters from the provider’s current clients.
g) Proof of registration with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRAJ.
h) Brief description of experience, expertise, and capacity to deliver required scape of services
i) Proof of registration on the National Supplier Database by the Energy and water Utilities Regulatory Authority of Tanzania (EWURA)..
