- This invitation for bids follow the general procurement notice for his project that appeared in Development business issue no WB4892 OF October 2015
- The Government has received a credit no 5589-TZ from the international development association toward the cost of the south west Indian ocean fisheries ordnance and shared growth program – SWIOfish and intends to apply part of the proceed if this credit under the CONTRACT FOR THE PROPOSED COSNTUCTION OF 5 BEACH MANAGEMENT OFFICES IN MKINGA, PANGANI, CHALINZE, LINDI AND BANAGAMOYP
- The permanent secretary of the ministry of the livestock and fisheries now invites sealed bids for the eligible and qualified bidders for works of the following

The bidder may bid for lot or 2 but in any case bidders must quote for full quantity a full quantities in a lot will be considered non-responsive
4. Bidding will be conducted through the national as specified in the world bank guidelines procurement of goods works and non-consulting services under the IBRD and IDA Credits & grants by the world bank borrowers(procurement guidelines) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement guidelines addition please refer o paragraph 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the world bank policy on conflict of interest
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the project coordinator south west Indian ocean fisheries governance shared growth project or secretary Ministerial Tender board office Temeke vertenary complex along 131 nelson Mandela road DSM TANZANIA TEL +255-22-2864843/2864844 and inspect the biding documents at the address given below from 9:00 – 15:00 Monday – Friday excluding public holidays
6. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased bidders on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000 or equivalent amount in freely convertible currency. The methods of payment will be bankers cheque payable to permanent secretary ministry of livestock and fisheries
7. Bids must be deposited in he tender box located in room no 23 in the ministry of livectock and fisheries (SUB OFFICE) TEMEKE AT OR before 14th April 2020 . electronic tender will not be permitted late bids will be rejected, bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in the person at the address below at 10:00 local time in 14th April 2020
8. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of TZS 5,00,000.00 or equivalent amount in freely convertible currency
