CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR DESIGN AND SUPERVISION OF THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS, SPORTS AND COMMERCIAL FACILITIES AND REDESIGN THE ZSSF OLD MBENI HOUSES
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
- Zanzibar Social Security Fund has set aside funds during the financial year 2020/2021. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract of Consultancy Service For Design And Supervision Of The Proposed Construction Of Residential Buildings’, Sports And Commercial Facilities And Redesign The ZSSF Old Mbweni Houses
- Zanzibar Social Security Fund as part of its drive to enhance the efficiency of its operations and diversify its surplus fund wishes to embark on consultancy services for For Design And Supervision Of The Proposed Construction Of Residential Buildings’, Sports And Commercial Facilities And Redesign The ZSSF Old Mbweni Houses
- The service under the contract shall include but not limited to the following
- Preparation of preliminary design detailed cost estimate and bidding buildings sports and commercial facilities
- Supervise works in compliance with the design standards and specification
- Redesign the ZSSF Mbweni old house and supervise of constructions
- Conduct post construction supervision
- ZSSF Now invited eligible consultants to express in provide the above mentioned services their professional capability to undertake the consultant services. Such information may include company profile brochures, description of similar assignment experience in similar condition project management methodology current audited financial statement availability of appropriate skilled key staff equipment
- A shortlist of consultancy will be prepared on the basis of the expression of interest submitted ZSSF in writing. The selection of consultancy will be selected based quality and cost based selection method in accordance with procedures set out in the public procurement and disposal public assets act number 1 of 2016
- Interested consultancy may obtain further information at the address given below between 8:30 Hours – 15:30 Hours Monday – Friday inclusive except public holidays before the date of the submission of expression of interest
- All expression of interest in one original plus 2 copies properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes marked expression of interest for the consultancy service for design and supervision of the proposed construction of residential buildings, sports & commercial facilities and redesign the ZSSF Old Mbwen house
- The deadline for the submission of expression of interest is 28th July 2020 at 13:30 local time the response to expression of interest in writing should be directed to

- Late Partial and electronic expression of interest and expression of interest not opened at the opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective circumstances
