Advertisement for Expression of Interest
Bulyanhulu would like to notify the Mining Commission in line with the requirements of regulations 16 and 18 of the Mining (Local Content) Regulations, 2018 whereby the below work packages will be advertised in Tanzania newspapers in order to determine local company’s expression of interests;

| BUL-21-12-02 | Life of mine ventilation review | i. Available to commence the review by end of January 2022. ii. Able to deliver the review report by end March 2022. iii. Have access to ventilation Modelling software. iv. Able to calculate primary airflow and cooling requirements for the years modelled based on the fleet schedules provided. v. Able to incorporate the effect of the change in fleet requirements and materials handling on the ventilation and cooling requirements with the potential sub-level shaft, if planned. vi. Able to provide budget estimate of LOM ventilation and cooling system operating costs. vii. Able to construct ventilation models for the key snap-shot years. viii. Able to evaluate the LOM heat loads for Bulyanhulu and apply these to the Ventsim models. ix. Able to recommend primary fan duty requirements for the years modelled. x. Able to comply with Barrick’s Safety standards and management systems. xi. Able to submit an acceptable localization plan and obtain an approval from relevant government authorities. |
