Job Responsibilities
·
Assist Factory Manager in communicating for plant production
requirements.
·
Ensure execution of production plan as per agreed supply plan.
·
Conduct Daily Production review meeting with the plant
functions for timely resolution of issue Communicate finalized daily Production
Plan to respective department Heads.
·
Ensures factory location level safety and regulatory/compliance
guidelines are followed as per required standards.
·
Assess training requirement for machine operators & non
-technical skills (packing hands) and conducting various trainings with
line monitors
·
Managing the attendance and discipline in the factory
·
Monitoring daily work schedule in the factory in term of
material sullied and finished good arrangements.
·
Provide strategic direction and promote culture for continuous
improvement in operations activities.
·
Responsible for achieving short and long-term operational
efficiency goals.
·
Other tasks as signed by the Factory Manager.
Key Qualification and Skills:
·
Bachelor in Business Administration or related field
·
More than 5 years’ work experience in supervision of production
section
·
Knowledge of TBS and WMA standards, policies and procedures.
·
Creative problem solving and decision making skills.
·
Team player with strong execution & managerial skills with
technical competence.
·
Networking, Building Relationships, Honest and Integrity personality.
·
Leadership Skills and computer knowledge.
·
Age between 30-40 years old.
