Job Title : Human Resources Supervisor

Job Description

Main Task:

  • Independently handling recruitment needs upon business requests through working closely with the HR teams, line managers and 3rd parties (i.e. headhunter, job agency).
  • Effectively manage overall recruitment process: select suitable channels and source the appropriate candidates for line manager’s interview; and follow up offer process for identified candidates.
  • Develop effective talent sourcing, including direct sourcing, research, networking, other creative channels and some digital tools to improve the recruitment efficiency. Build up recruitment pipeline and talent pool upon business needs.
  • Work with recruitment system smoothly and make sure all the data in the system to be maintained timely.
  • Manage satisfaction of both line managers and candidates to enhance employer branding and EVP throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate to implement recruitment job fairs, i.e. Job Fair for Apprentice Program, Career Day
  • Well manage recruitment project and programs (GROW, Apprentice, etc) within targeted timeline.


  • Bachelor or Master Degree.
  • At least 5 years solid recruitment experience in recruitment agencies or multinational companies. Experience for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or headhunter is a plus.
  • Understand diverse cultures and could adapt into different communication styles. Strong influencing, communication skills and relationship-building skills with line managers and candidates.
  • Experience of internship project management is a plus.
