Job Description


  1. Providing customer services , such as order preparation, payment and goods issuing 
  2. Affording product solution to customer and persuading and guiding them to buy appropriate product 
  3. Receiving, processing and verifying orders from customers, includes stock, price and customer deposits. 
  4. Following up sales order and goods delivering 
  5. Resolving customers’ issues as soon as possible 
  6. Summarizing the data of sales and customer developing 
  7. Typing and filing customer’s information 
  8. Other duties arranged customer service supervisor.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bacheloror above 
  • Familiar with the word, excel and internet 
  • Fast-learning Ability 
  • Good manner, temperament and presentable
