Job Description
JD:
1.Make marketing program yearly/quarterly/monthly plan, marketing budget, marketing fee standard;
2. Control marketing program cost and maintain the supply resources;
3. Ensure all social media regular posting, and have open-minded for social media operation;
4. Follow up on all marketing program including showroom construction/advertisement/new products operation/fundis program/social media, contact to HQ and different sales region manager to implement all works, ensure target accomplishment;
4. Manage and build marketing team members structure, responsible for members’ KPI and responsibility;
5. Responsible training new marketing staff, and maintain marketing standard to be aware;
6. Responsible for all program reports and plan making ;
7. Ensuring all marketing standard implementing, and get to know solution for any problem;
8. Be abilities for edition writing for marketing program plan;
9. Be good communication skills withing marketing team, and cooperation with sales team, HQ department, even good coordinating with other line.
10.Good awareness about audit risks for all marketing works;
11. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Qualification:
1.TOP 5 UNIVERSITY IN TANZANIA, BACHELOR, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OR RELATIVE IT PROFESSION
2.ABOVE 5 YEARS MARKETING RELATIVE EXPERIENCE
