Investigation Officer Job- Arusha



Expert Consultancy on behalf of our client in Hospitality industry with Lodges operation in most of the national parks.  Qualified candidate should have good experience in managing remote team as most of the client staff operate in lodges in various national parks.


Duties & Responsibilities

The job of a private investigator often requires the following skills:

·         Gather facts and collect evidence for investigated matters

·         Determine which people and pieces of information are credible

·         Conduct interviews

·         Examine records

·         Observe suspects

·         Participate in raids and arrests

·         Write detailed reports on findings

·         Testify in court

Education, Experience & Qualifications

·         Bachelor degree in Law or related field

·         2 or 3 years’ experience in the same role

·         Experience working in Private security operation



Other Skills and Attributes

·         Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

·         Proven track record in analytical skills

·         Ability to work under demanding deadlines and take accountability for completeness and timely delivery

·         Prioritize and plan work efficiently

·         Be hands on to get the work done

·         Develop rapport with operation department to support them and ensure their success

·         Communicate clearly individually and in a public/group or setting

·         Exhibit and promote client Core Values

·         Be comfortable with different technology platforms
