About Us


Baridi Baridi Tanzania Ltd. is a joint venture company of Daikin Industries, Ltd., global No.1 air-conditioning company, and WASSHA INC, international company from Japan dealing with lantern renting service.


Baridi Baridi is carrying on business of leasing air conditioners to end users, by renting air conditioners to small-mid-size shops and residentials with our new technology of paying and switch on/off AC with a smartphone.


We begin our operation in April this year, so we are looking for colleagues with whom we can develop our business together from Tanzania to all over Africa in near future.


Currently we are looking for highly motivated, qualified and experienced HR personnel to plan our HR strategy and carry out HR related tasks so that our employees can maximize their ability and potential, working with “bright and cheerful”



Job Duties


  • Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.


  • Manage all the process of recruitment of new employees; planning, posting positions, managing interviews and selection.


  • Manage the on-boarding of new employees, including collection of all information needed for the employment documentation, entering new hire information into HR system and making employees understand company’s vision, mission and values.


  • Salary calculation, management of social insurance and planning of employee benefits in order for employees to work with safe and comfort.


  • Oversee day to day HR administration duties such as leave and timesheet management, updating of staff records, etc.


  • Effectively review and process HR service requests and transactions, such as: personal data, pay data, and position data changes, employment verification's, and performing mass data changes as the situations arise.


  • Proactively propose changes to policy systems and procedures to improve the efficiency of the HR function including taking lead on the updating of HR employee handbook, as needed


  • Plan and conduct orientation, training for employees for their skill improvement.


  • Make wage structure and personnel evaluation system with which employees can work with the best motivation.


  • Any other assignments as may be given by your superior.




Qualification and Skills


  • Bachelor degree in HR related field.


  • Proven experience of minimum three (3) years in HR management


  • Demonstrated experience managing staff benefits, staff onboarding, performance management, and payroll


  • Experience in HR Information System and or IT will be an added advantage


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Swahili



  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.


  • Good understanding to our business model and vision.


  • Proactive attitude to learn new things and improve your skills.


  • Strong leadership in project management.


  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skill.


  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.






Terms of Employment: The company will be offer employment opportunities upon completion of a probation period of Six (6) months.


Remuneration: An attractive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidates
