Roles and Responsibilities
• Prospecting- aggressively looking for new businesses in the market.
• Proposal writing and submission to clients:
• Presentation of proposals and our offerings to potential clients
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress on projects and campaigns that directly affect each client as per the set up KPIs.
• Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client.
• Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
• Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to utilize our offerings.
• Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship.

Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, banking, Economics, Commerce, Mass Communications, Community Developments, laws and Social Works or a related field required with Master’s Degree as an added advantage.

Experience Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience is a must
• 1+ years’ experience in management position preferred
• Proven ability prospect and write good proposals is key.
• Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and able to prioritize
• Strong communication skills required- good command in English and Kiswahili
• Must demonstrate an effective leadership, Creativity and idea generation
• An ability to do Research for the market and products for proposal writing.
