ASSISTANT STORE KEEPER (1 POST REF NO. GN/MAL 010)

Answerable to procurement and supplier officer, Assistant storekeeper will ensure the security of premises and maintains within his store are we taken care

KEY RESPONSIBLE
- Assist in receiving materials from all suppliers, ensure al document accompanying goods are correct, records all received goods in GRN, receive approved orders requested from various department and issues them correctly vy FIFO PRINCIPLE, and to ensure the stock recorded card or bin tally card are in place and correspond to physics stock

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a diploma in procurement and suppliers from the recognized college/university
- 2 years’ work experience in store and supply will be required

Procurement and supplier Officer (1 POST REF. NO. GN/ML 009)
Reporting to the Head of administration, procurement and suppliers officer is responsible for managing the purchase department, supplier’s development, quality improvement and coast reduction in liaison with the suppliers and internal users/ customers

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- To take led in procurement activities for all operations and functions of the purchasing department
- To ensure that high level of transparency is maintained in all purchasing decision
- Review goals and objectives quarterly and ensure its deliver and services
- Analyze quotations to make effective purchasing decision, this involves but not limited to preparations of appraisal which primarily include evaluation of the price quality deliver and services

Qualification, Experience and knowledge
- Degree holder B. A/BSc/B. COM/Procurement and qualifications in Supply chain management, must be a PSPPT member
- At least 3 years working experience in material management in hospitals setting
- Experience in a purchasing functions is vital especially in medical surgical equipment category buying, knowledge of purchase order management system is essential
- Teamwork and communication skills
