Human Resource Officer

Ensure effective execution of the human resources function through facilitating,  implementing, and executing the organizations’ HR Strategy, key projects, and initiatives  for the Company.

Key responsibilities and deliverables  

  • Recruitment, selection, on boarding and off boarding.
  • Payroll Management, on time – in full payroll input and processing, including  statutory payments.
  • HR Audit management & execution.
  • Facilitating & ensuring on time staff welfare payments.
  • Leave management through coordination leave plans through HOD’s • Performance management execution (coordinating submissions of performance  appraisals and performance contracts).
  • Implementing talent profiles for all staff members
  • Any other related duties and responsibilities ad may be assigned from time to time  that are within your functional scope.

Qualification 

  • Human Resources Management degree or any related social science degree.
  • At least 2-3 years in a similar position with preference for individuals with  experience in the financial services sector.
