Roles and Responsibilities
Achieve Input & Sales Targets
• The FSS is responsible that the team’s FSLs & FSRs are active and achieve their targets
• The FSS sets targets as per the guidance of the Territory Sales Manager and holds staff accountable for execution.
• The FSS guides and supports staff to achieve their targets, in particular by coordinating their territories, their daily & weekly plans and by helping them to manage their lead pipeline.
• The FSS should proactively motivate the subordinates and focus on keeping good morale within the team
• The FSS connects with other departments to enable staff to focus on their core activities

Communicate Proactively
• The FSS is responsible to establish efficient communication structures in the team and to ensure that information flows to the subordinates
• The FSS needs to communicate to their supervisors, in particular share regular updates on activities and raise issues staff are facing in the field

Comply with Processes & Policies
• The FSS is responsible that the team is aware of the relevant processes & policies
• The FSS is responsible to establish sufficient controls to ensure the team adheres to the respective policies

Coach Subordinates
• The FSS should hold regular calls and meetings that are aimed at expanding the capacity of FSLs by improving their skills & behaviour
• The FSS should ensure that the FSLs dedicate sufficient time to coach FSR to improve their sales skills.

Onboarding and offboarding new staff
• The FSS is responsible for onboarding FSRs and FSLs into the team and also liasing with the sales administrators for the off-boarding processes.

Execute plans & coordinate with other departments
• The FSS is responsible to implement the territory & activity plans created by the manager, in particular by ensuring flawless coordination with the Service & Logistics departments

Educational Qualifications
• Relevant Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing would be advantageous

Experience Requirements
• Work experience in Renewable energy or First Moving Consumer Goods (desired)
• 2-3 years of B2B or direct sales experience of which 1 year is in a supervisory capacity

Managerial and Technical Competencies:
• Significant commercial and industry business to business sales experience
• Proven success in utilising interpersonal and sales skills at multiple levels to maximise sales
• Understanding of the local business environment
• Knowledge of basic financial principles
