JOB PURPOSE
This position will have the responsibility for Capturing expenditure, analyse data for OPEX costs and ensure proper reconciliation of data between Integrated Service department and Finance department.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Management of petty cash retirement and travel authorization for Integrated staff.
• Assist with all staff accommodation travel arrangement locally.
• IPOS and CASEWISE management of Integrated Services department.
• Assist in OPEX budget preparation and variance management.
• Analysing invoices for accuracy before payments.
• Prepare invitation letters and Visa application letters.
• Prepare and keep database for all expenditure, repair and maintenance work in Integrated Services Dept.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
• University Degree Business Administration
• Basic Knowledge in MS Office, (MS word and Excel)
• Purchasing System (IPOS, ERP, Advance Inquiry and SUN)
• Proven experience, in office management and record keeping
• Familiarity with Basic Accounting, Bookkeeping and Record keeping
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and summary reporting
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
