M/s Rock Solutions Limited (RSL) is a medium sized Tanzanian company specialized in supplying both surface and underground mining equipment to various reputable and large scale mining companies in Tanzania. Its operations are highly based in Mayolwa Village along Usagara-Kigongo Ferry High Road (about 25 km from Mwanza City) with its supporting offices in Dar Es Salaam and Pwani. RSL intends to recruit qualified Tanzanians to fill the following vacancy.
ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (2 positions)
Preferred Candidates:
- Education Qualification: Bachelor in Commerce.
- Minimum experience: 2 to 3 years
Job Description:
- Handling and updating accounts on daily basis in the accounting software.
- Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation.
- Maintaining detailed Stock Register with quantity movement and value.
- Preparation of monthly payroll.
- Preparation of cost summary for Import purchases.
- Maintain petty cash and related records.
- Extracting sales invoices from EFD device and reconciling revenue with accounts and EFD reports.
- Ensure filing of accounting documents on daily basis.
- Maintain Fixed Assets Register.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Required Skills:
- Adequate communication skills in Kiswahili and English.
- Experience in operating accounting software Tally or Quick Book.
- Willing to work as a team with the management and staffs.
