Meru Agro-Tours & Consultants Co Ltd (MATCC) is looking for self driving candidates to fill the folowing vacancies

Job Title; Internship Promoters (5 Posts): Arusha, Babati, Kaham, Songea, Iringa and Morogoro.
Report to; Zonal Managers at Arusha, Morogoro, Kahama.

1. identify niche markets within their districts and design market strategies and it for the identified a niches.
2. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research
3. Train and motivate the stockiest sales personnel plantations, and NGO's and Farmers groups on the company products/packages.
4. Responsible and incharge of the stocks and warehouses in his/her regions.
5. Resoonsible for establishment of distribution channels in his/her regions.
6. Advice on how to improve company offering in her regions
7. Prepare periodic reports outlining the performance of his/her regions
8. Provide the required technical services as per client

i. Holder of Diploma and/or B.Sc in agriculture, agronomy, horticulture, extensions and agri-business Qualifications/education
ii. Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage
iii. Good market knowledge on Crop growing cycles and season in Tanzania Experience

The candidates should have knowledge and working pering in Aard-nout industry in Tanzmu.

Job Title Marketing Manager (Post) Arush
Report to Managing Director

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic and tactic marketing plans for an entire organization in line with company Objectives.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Overseeing the company's marketing budget
• Creation and publication of all marketing materal in line with marketing plans Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Overall responsibilty för brand management and coorporate identity.
• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns
• Montoring, evaluation and reporting on electiveness of marketing communications
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
. Maintain effective Internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends
• Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
• Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.

Job Title Sales Officers (11 Post) Sumbawanga, Mbeya, Songea, Iringa, Masasi, Korogwe, Babati, Bariad., Tabora, Kasulu and Ngara
Report to Zonal Managers.

Duties and responsibilities
1. Organizing and conducting sales visitors, demonstrating and presenting products to the current and potential customers.
2. Sels products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions
3. Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
4. Develop strategies for more effective as both individually and is part of a tem
5. Schedule and follow through on calls and emails with leads and current customers
6. Mantains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, proper handing of customer complaints and providing the best customer services
7. Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
8. Recording mäntaining accurate records, prepare report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information

Job Title Internal Auditor (1 Posts) Arush Managing Director
Report to Dubes and Fasparkshiri

Duties and responsibilities
1 Performing and maintaining control of the full audit cycle which includes financial reliability, compliance with applcable
regulations and directives risk management and informing management of any issues that need addressing
2. Examine and reconciles documentation with actual reports, statements, records memos, inventory, assets and accounts to
ascertain accuracy and reporting on risk management issues to be addressed.
Prepare and present reports regarding findings, including recommendations and fomulating methods for increasing profits and cost saving actions.
3. Assesses best financial practices for the company and makes relevant informed suggestions
4. Provide ad hoc advice to management and employees regarding issues found and how to remediate themi.
5 Providing continued education and advice to different business units and tenis regarding compliance and risk assessment
6. Conduct folow up audits to see whether the recommendations have been followed

Qualifications/ education
• Holder of Advanced Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounts or related fields
• MS Office and knowledge of accounting software-QuickBooks
• Excellent analyss and presentation skills Should also have excellent report-writing skills. Must be able to work with little Supervision
• Willing to undertake frequency travels.

Experience Remuneration
